White Bean Alfredo Sauce (GF, V)

Source: Making Thyme for Health | Serves: 4| Time: 1-2 minutes
Ingredients
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
¼-½ cup vegetable broth
15 oz can white #beans, drained
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
S&P, to taste
Instructions
In a nutribullet or similar blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
I did a Beyond Meat skillet with GF pasta and peas. I added the sauce at the end to warm it through. So add about 20 minutes for a full meal.
