You're off to a good start: almond butter contains 1/2 as much saturated fat as peanut butter!
2 whole wheat English muffins
2 tbsp of #AlmondButter
1/2 of a small #avocado
3-4 cups of #kale
1 cup of water
Mustard seed, cayenne, and cumin with the kale, to your liking
Use your Instant Pot! Add kale and water to the Instant Pot. Seal, put on manual for 4 minutes. Let steam escape naturally or turn the knob if you're in a hurry.
Meanwhile, toast the muffins. Scope one half of avocado on one side of 2 of the muffin slices. Add almond butter to the other two. Once kale is cooked, add it atop the avocado covered slice. Add almond butter slice atop that. Voila! You've snuck kale into your #breakfast without making a shake.
