Heat the leftover or pre prepared cauliflower and corn salad in your microwave. I did 30 seconds per each.
Take a damp paper towel and wrap your whole wheat wrap in it. Microwave it for 15 seconds.
Now assemble your wrap. I put about 3 tbsp of guacamole down first. Then about 3 tbsp of the corn salad. Then 5 cauliflower florets. Folded the wrap. Enjoyed!
