Loaded Breakfast Sweet Potato

Slightly Modified a Tasty Recipe | Serves: 1 | Time: ~10 min


Ingredients

1 sweet potato, small

2 tbsp almond butter

½ slice banana, sliced

1 tbsp blueberries

1 tsp agave


Instructions

Scrub the potato, then poke holes in it with a fork. Cook in the microwave. My microwave has a potato function, and it took about 5 minutes.


Slice the potato in half and spread on the almond butter. Then sprinkle on remaining toppings.
