Leftovers Idea: Maque Choux Breakfast Wrap

Put an egg on it, I tell you! As always, my leftovers recipes are approximate and to taste.



Makes: 1 egg wrap | Time: 10 min


Ingredients

Leftover maque choux

1 egg or egg whites (I did egg whites)

Tubby Olive cilantro and onion infused EVO

Cajun seasoning, to taste

1 wrap (today's is spinach and garlic)

Shredded lettuce


Instructions

Put a little water on your wrap and heat it up for 30 seconds. Meanwhile, cook your egg or egg whites in the oil with some seasoning. Add the maque choux and then the egg to the wrap. We put some lettuce on top because we had it on hand. Enjoy!
