I had leftover cauliflower apple soup from last night, and it thickened in the fridge overnight into a hummus consistency, so, toast!
Spread almond butter on toast. I used about 1/2 tbsp per piece of toast. Top with leftover soup. I went with about a tbsp for each piece of toast. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, and enjoy!
What could make it better?
Maybe sprinkle some flax seeds on top. Maybe add something spicy like hot sauce, sriracha, cayenne powder, or crushed red pepper.
