Fizzy Szarlotka (GF, V)

My husband was recently in Poland was sweet enough to bring me Żubrówka (Polish bison grass vodka). A classic way to serve this vodka is with some apple juice. I recently learned this is a Szarlotka. I also recently saw apple soda. So why not try, a Fizzy Szarlotka?

It was DELICIOUS. For our annual Halloween party, I think I'll come up with something similar with the olipop and regular vodka. No chance the żubrówka makes it to October...

Ingredients

2 parts Olipop apple soda

1 part bison grass vodka (żubrówka)

dash of ground cinnamon

ice cubes

Instructions

Mix 1 part żubrówka bison grass vodka with 2 parts apple juice.

Trasfer to a serving glass and sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top.

Serve with ice.
