Beyond Meat Kofte

Source: Dinner then Dessert | Makes: 10 meatballs | Time: 30 min



Change: Used Beyond Meat instead of real meat


Ingredients

1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

1/2 tbsp fresh mint minced

3 cloves garlic minced

3/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp ground coriander

1 tsp ground cumin

3/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground allspice

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Dash of ground ginger

1 lb Beyond Beef

3 tbsp cup grated onion


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.


Add all the ingredients except the beef into a bowl and stir well.


Add in the beef and stir until just combined.


Form into 1/4 cup meatballs onto your cast iron skillet or sheet pan.


Cook for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through.
